The day after this client obtained her position (just under one month following preparaton of her CV), her husband, a tertiary qualified business manager, attended an appointment to have his CV prepared. They travelled from a regional city for their appointments with me.

Recently, one of my staff members gave me his résumé and job application to read, before submitting them to the selection committee. Earlier, he and I had worked on his job application, as he had been experiencing what I think were a couple of blind spots with his ability to express himself adequately in print. Then he showed me the result of his collaboration with Dynamic Résumés. Sensational.

This client first used my services in 2005 when she held a contract AO2 position in Queensland Government. She now “owns” an AO4 position and has acted at AO5 level. This is just one of numerous successful applications I have prepared for the role of Teacher Aide. In fact, the first selection criteria responses I ever wrote were in 2002 for a Teacher Aide position. My client won this highly sought after position, amongst Mums, from a very large field of applicants. My reputation was made, and I was on my way in this business!

This client has had difficult circumstances beyond her control that needed to be taken into account when compiling her resume. As of May, she is still looking for employment; she is staying in touch, however, and is waiting for responses to a couple of applications which I prepared for her following the first appointment. It was always going to be difficult for this client, but I will keep assisting her until she finds suitable employment.

I prepared selection criteria responses for this client who is a reasonably senior serving member of a Government Agency currently seeking an internal promotion. He was referred to me by colleagues of his wife who have used my services in the past.

Just found out the test is scenario based. No internet access. We are given a copy of the Act. Apparently we can also take notes in with us.

I prepared an application for this client for a position as a Senior Lawyer with a Queensland Government Department. She was successful in gaining an interview and, at time of writing, it awaiting the outcome. My partner (a retired lawyer) and I provided a small amount of support in preparing for the interview. In the past, this client used my services on two occasions, initially to obtain a position as Judges Associate and, subsequently, to obtain her current position with a top tier law firm. On both occasions she was successful. Here’s hoping third time lucky!
