Just to tell you the good news – I have just been told that I have won the AO8 … Manager’s position and your resume and KSC were instrumental. There were over 40 applicants for the 6 positions, with the resume used to short list to 14. The KSC were then used as part of the written application, with the interview being 50% of the overall score. We had to do a presentation for the ‘interview’, with questions from the panel. The panel went through the written applications with a fine toothcomb! Our Institute Director rang me tonight to also say that I received the highest score of all applicants. The quality of my Resume and KSC helped greatly.

So, one again, thank you for your help!
